Bungy Jump and Swing: Meet at AJ Hackett Bungy & Swing, 202 Spa Road Taupo 15 minutes before your booking time. Skydive: Meet at Taupo Tandem Skydive, 1227 Anzac Memorial Drive, Taupo Airport 15 minutes before your jump time. Transport within Taupō available.
For Bungy - Minimum age 10 years; Those under 14 require an adult to sign consent at check-in. Minimum weight 35kgs; Maximum 150kgs. Weight difference between Tandem Jumpers must not exceed 30kg. The maximum combined weight for Tandem Bungy is 180kg. For skydiving we don’t have an age limit but you will need to fit our harness and be 100kg or less in weight. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
There will be no refund given if a participant fails to turn up for a confirmed booking. There will be no refund for a booking cancelled within 24 hours of departure. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations within 2 days of a confirmed bookings departure. There will be no credit refund if a participant is excluded from rafting due to being under the influence or alcohol or drugs. There is also no credit refund if a confirmed booking is not taken up, unless Tongariro River Rafting cancels the trip.
Adventure activities have a degree of risk. Participants should be aware that no operator can absolutely guarantee their safety. Tongariro River Rafting cannot be held responsible for injury and loss or damage to personal property if you fail to follow our instructions. To ensure safety, Tongariro River Rafting reserves the right to cancel or alter a rafting trip due to adverse weather or river conditions, or if a client is unsuitable due to age, size, ill health or poor fitness.
